Since the onset of COVID 19 this March, over a dozen Filipino Canadian Businesses, Organizations, Clubs and Individuals in Alberta have been bustling, reaching out to several Alberta communities.
Then, on November 2nd, while in the midst of unprecedented times, a super typhoon struck the Philippines and made landfall on Catanduanes' island. Super Typhoon Rolly created havoc, claimed over a dozen lives and destroyed billions of pesos in livelihood and properties. Areas that are heavily affected are Catanduanes, Albay and Camarines Sur.
This yuletide season, despite the pandemic, several generous pockets from Filipino Candian businesses, organizations, clubs, alumni and individuals, joined together to continue helping those in dire need.
For those who want to share their treasures and blessings this Christmas and don't know who or how to, kindly send a message to any of the above Businesses/Organizations, Kaizen PRESS Services, Diaryo Alberta Society and yours truly.
