On June 8, 2020, The Philippine Consulate General in Calgary made a public invite to Albertans with Filipino descents and a long time Filipino residents contribute and document Filipino Migration in Alberta. The public invitation is followed by a virtual meeting in mid-August.
This book project aims to identify the Filipino migration, their challenges, triumphs, accomplishments and their contributions to the greater Canadian Society in Alberta by promoting Filipino culture and preserving Philippine Heritage.

This Book Project is a collaborative partnership with PCG Calgary headed by Consul General Zaldy Patron and Dr. Glenda Tibe Bonifacio, professor, Women Gender Studies at the University of Lethbridge.
