3. Public Health Orders and Enforcements
All individuals within a business, including owners, workers, volunteers and patrons, found to be in violation of public health orders are subject to penalty.
a. Violators may be subject to tickets of $1,000 per occurrence.
b. Courts could administer fines of up to $100,000 for a first offence and up to $500,000 for a subsequent offence for more serious violations.
c. File a complaint.

Public health inspectors or other Alberta law enforcement agency will investigate the complaint.
